Software packages designed to work hand-in-hand with control products are available, including PLC programming software and servo/drive configuration software. Many are available for free download or can be purchased on a CD or USB (if available).
Productivity Suite is user-friendly PLC programming software for the Productivity series of controllers. Tag-based programming, flexible ladder editing, and an ever-expanding feature set combine to make a powerful tool to quickly program, deploy, and troubleshoot your control system. Extensive communication capabilities, user-defined structures, and the ability to save project documentation to the controller add to its capability and ease of use. Productivity Suite is completely free and available for download from AutomationDirect.com. A CD-ROM version is also available for purchase.
Do-more Designer is the full-featured programming software for the Do-more® PLC series (Programmable Logic Controllers). Flexible program management supports a mix of stages and ladders for a best-of-both-worlds approach that simplifies programming and makes trouble-shooting easier. Do-more Designer Software is offered as a free download from the Automationdirect.com Web site. A CD-ROM version is also available for purchase.
DirectSOFT is for use with DirectLogic PLCs. Our powerful Windows-based DirectSOFT PLC programming package is new and improved. With many new instructions, programming is now easier, quicker and more intuitive than ever. Improved viewing options and customizable tool bars make it easier to program and monitor your DirectLogic PLC system. The product offering has been simplified to a full support PC-DSOFT6 package that programs all of our DirectLogic PLCs, and our PC-DS100 package, which is a full-featured FREE PLC programming software package with a 100 word limitation. (DS100 is only available by download from our Web site).
